Microbiological Safety Cabinet MBB 12 is a modern Class II device according to EN 12469:2000, designed for applications requiring laminar airflow to protect the product from particulate and bacterial contamination while simultaneously providing protection for the operator and the surrounding environment from the handled substances.

The cabinet’s construction meets the strictest safety, ergonomic, and maintenance standards. The cabinet body is made of steel sheet with a powder coating resistant to disinfectants. The working chamber is made of high-quality stainless steel with a matte, non-reflective surface, allowing easy decontamination.

The cabinet is equipped with highly efficient H14 HEPA filters according to EN 1822, with an efficiency of 99.999 %, ensuring perfect air filtration. The control system continuously monitors filter pressure drops and signals their wear. Laminar airflow is driven by a powerful fan with an EC motor, allowing efficient use of filtration capacity while saving energy.

Additional safety features include a safety optical barrier monitoring the position of the front glass panel, protecting both the operator and the contents of the cabinet. The electrically operated glass with linear actuators ensures smooth and safe operation, with various modes available, including cleaning and sterilization. The cabinet also includes a germicidal UV-C lamp, LED lighting with smooth intensity control, and a controlled electrical socket for connecting laboratory devices.

The CR2000 Smart Control System enables fully automated operation with the selection of various working modes, alarm limit settings, and remote control via PC or mobile devices. The system supports push notifications to mobile phones, operational parameter monitoring, and the possibility of connection to a central monitoring center.
